Kristin Young was born and raised in the bay area. She has lived in many large metropolitan areas including Chicago for an internship in the Sears Tower with Citigroup Smith Barney, Mexico for one year of study abroad, and Los Angeles to pursue a passion and long time hobby in dance.  She took her first job out of college at an IT firm specializing in authentication and encryption devices working in the sales/marketing department.  Kristin now focuses her talents on website administration and marketing for Nick's clients, and strives to use the most effective strategies to market the homes of our clients in the most optimal manner possible.  "This is a crucial component" says Nick, "Homes will be on the market drastically longer if we don't consider the best ways to market them." Kristin stays up to date with the latest marketing procedures by attending CAR conventions and workshops on a regular basis.  She keeps busy hosting open houses and creating a presence online for this brokerage firm.  "It was shocking to see such a successful agent with little to no presence on the World Wide Web," says Kristin "now we have one of the most advanced Real Estate websites with tools, live MLS feeds, free evaluations, and reports to help any home seller or home buyer."
